THEME TOPIC OBJECTIVE	Social Issue Writing – Non-linear to linear By the end of the lesson, students should be able to: understand the format of the essay
ACTIVITIES	Teacher asks questions orally. Students answer orally. Teacher explains the format of the essay. Students listen and write down the format. Students write the introduction.
REFLECTION	Most of the students managed to understand the format

THEME TOPIC OBJECTIVE	Social Issue Discuss the answers for Reading Paper3 Semester 1examination. By the end of the lesson, students should be able to: get the correct answers.
ACTIVITIES	Teacher returns the test papers. Teacher and students discuss the answers. Teacher reads out the answers. Students check their answers.
REFLECTION	Most of the students managed to get the answers.

THEME TOPIC OBJECTIVE	Social Issue Listening Paper 4 (doing correction) By the end of the lesson, students should be able to: get the correct answers.
ACTIVITIES	Teacher returns the test papers. Teacher gives an explanation. Teacher plays the CD listening text. Students listen and get the answers. Teacher and students discuss the answers.
REFLECTION	Most of the students managed to get the correct answers.

THEME TOPIC OBJECTIVE	Social Issue Writing : Non- linear to linear By the end of the lesson, students should be able to: transfer information from non-linear to linear.
ACTIVITIES	Teacher distributes the cyclostyled worksheets. Teacher gives an explanation. Students and teacher discuss the main ideas. Students write the essay based on the main ideas.
REFLECTION	Majority of the students cannot complete the essay and they were asked to do as homework.

THEME TOPIC OBJECTIVE	Social Issue Speaking Practice- Individual task By the end of the lesson, students should be able to: prepare the points
ACTIVITIES	Teacher writes the task on the blackboard. Teacher gives an explanation. Students write down the points. Students present the task individually in front of the class.
REFLECTION	Majority of the students managed to give more than 1 point for the task.

ACTIVITIES	Teacher returns the test papers. Teacher gives comments on the score/marks. Students and teacher discuss the answers. Teacher shows the samples.
REFLECTION	Majority of the students managed to identify their weakness in the test papers.

ACTIVITIES	Teacher returns the test papers. Students study the test papers and the marks. Teacher gives an explanation. Students and teacher discuss the main ideas for the essay.
REFLECTION	Majority of the students managed to identify the weakness in their essay.

ACTIVITIES	Teacher asks questions orally. Students answer orally. Teacher asks students to continue doing presentation. Students doing presentation.
REFLECTION	Most of the students managed to give more than 1 point for the task.

THEME TOPIC OBJECTIVE	Social Issue Reading Practice By the end of the lesson, students should be able: complete the objective questions
ACTIVITIES	Teacher distributes the reference books. Teacher gives an explanation. Students read the passage and then answer the question. Students and teacher discuss the answers.
REFLECTION	Most of the students managed to get their answers correct more than 7 out 14 questions.
